Email delivery setup

Connect SMTP2GO to send booking notifications. Use a sender address verified in your SMTP2GO account.

Saving does not send an email. After saving, use Send test email below to check delivery to your saved recipients.

Booking notification emails

Choose who receives booking enquiry alerts. Enter one email address per line, up to 10 recipients.

Test emails and operator booking alerts go to the saved addresses. Customers who provide an email address also receive a separate pending-request acknowledgement. New booking emails include a formatted summary and an Outlook calendar attachment for a tentative 30-minute pickup slot. Save your changes before testing. WhatsApp automation is off.

Booking hours

Set the earliest and latest pickup times for every day of the week. All times use Pacific/Auckland (New Zealand time), including daylight saving.

Pickup and destination locations

Enter one location per line. Add, rename or remove a line to change a location. Move lines to change the order shown in the booking form and homepage journey selectors.

Keep at least one location in each list. Use up to 50 locations per list, with up to 80 characters each. Existing bookings keep their original locations.
